At UFO, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read this policy for further information on replacements and returns guidelines.

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer cash refunds for any products or services once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 

 

2. No cash refunds 

We kindly are not currently issuing cash refunds but will gladly issue a no cost replacement if the appropriate conditions are met.

 

 

3. Replacement timeline

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery with proof (photos and order details). We will review your case and, where required, provide a replacement or solution.

 

 

4. Conditions required for returns

For a return to be issued successfully the following conditions should be kindly followed-

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Product should be in brand new condition [worn/used].

• All original labels, packaging and original invoice should be present.

• We require photos and videos of the products for a return to be successful.

 

A RETURNS MAY NOT BE ISSUED IF THE CONDITIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED.

 

5. Returns are gladly issued under the following conditions

We will gladly issue a replacement if-

• A damaged product is delivered.

• Incorrect size delivered (difference in the order placed by you and executed by us).

• Wrong product delivered.

We will gladly issue a replacement without any reshipping cost in any of the above instances along with all the conditions fulfilled- mentioned in [conditions required for returns].

 

 

6. Replacement not accepted

Unfortunately, we cannot Issue a replacement if-

• Insufficient proof regarding return like photos, videos and unable to provide original packaging and invoices.

• Incorrect address provided by you.

• Product lost, stolen or damaged after the delivery has been executed.

• Change of mind after receiving product like size or style changes.

        

                                                   

7. Exceptions (Where Legally Required)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Depending on your location, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose (for example, under EU/UK consumer law or local consumer protection laws).

 

 

8. Digital Products / Services

If your purchase includes digital products or services, once access or download is provided, the sale is final and non-refundable.
