1. Order Processing
• Orders are usually processed within 5 after payment is confirmed.
• We try our best to ship orders round the clock but may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• We try our best for quick and timely orders but if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• TOTAL DILEVERY TIME IS ORDER PROCESSING TIME + ORDER SHIPPING TIME.

UFO operates internationally and we strive to provide the quickest and safest experience, however we cannot guarantee the delivery times due to various reasons like environmental occurrences, shipping partner delays, internal delays, holidays and many other unexpected events. We hope for your co-operation and support.
• Again, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
• Once your order has processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Tracking will be provided after order has been processed.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted and reputed carriers that are considerate and care about your products just as much as you do despite that human errors may occur.
5. International Shipping & Customs
• We ship worldwide to multiple countries.
• Though rarely. international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by your country.
• Despite trying our best to eliminate import and custom duties it is never absolute and the buyer may be subjected to pay them as per his/her local guidelines.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• We are not responsible for delays/damages due to customs clearance.
6. Delivery Issues
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.
• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
7. Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to remote venues and other similar countries at the moment due to either high shipping costs or safety measures.
• Some products may have additional restrictions.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed for shipment.
• If you need to update your address or details, please contact us immediately at ufoinquires.ltd@gmail.com.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging the product should include all the original labels, packaging materials etc.
• We currently do not issue cash refunds.
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
• If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within [3 days] from delivery.
